Located on the 18th fairway of the Championship golf course and next to 1 of the community swimming pools. Northern exposure and mountain view. NO SMOKING. Small non-shedding dogs considered. A golf cart is available in the garage. 4-burner Natural Gas BBQ on patio. Natural gas fireplace in living room. Minimum length of rental is 2 months.
