Pool View Apartment with Large Terrace 5 Min Walk to the Sea

Amazing big pool lush beautiful garden and great location, close to beach and all shops and restaurants. Although we only were here very short waiting for our own apartment (we move) we like to return and will recommend family and friends for sure! It is a very relaxed atmosphere and you have a spacey new apartment which is really high class furnished! And the terrace is amazing. We did not have time to use the green egg! But next time…

Beautiful apartment, but some significant issues affected our stay The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. The facilities were excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The barbecue facilities were also a lovely bonus. Kai, who was responsible for the apartment, was extremely helpful and friendly, and I have no complaints about him personally. Unfortunately, there were several issues that really affected our overall experience. When I booked the apartment, I was under the impression that the price covered everything. We paid over €2,400 for our stay, so I was very disappointed to discover that air conditioning was an additional cost. If this was stated in the booking information or terms and conditions, I certainly did not see it, and I feel that this should be made much clearer before guests book, particularly when paying such a substantial amount for the accommodation. The arrival instructions also weren’t particularly clear. The access codes had been changed, but we had not been properly informed, which made arriving and accessing the apartment more stressful than it needed to be. I was also uncomfortable with the way the payment was handled. After providing my card details, the payment was taken without what I felt was clear prior authorisation or communication. This left me frustrated and uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the feeling that we were not welcome by some of the permanent residents. On the second day, my disabled mother came to visit us. A resident confronted us and shouted that we did not live there. I calmly explained that we were staying in the apartment for two weeks as paying guests, but the confrontation continued. My mother was extremely upset and traumatised by the experience. After that, I felt very uncomfortable about having any of my family visit us during our stay.
