The Cliff and River Jungle Resort ภูผาและลำธารรีสอร์ท

Великолепный вид. Вся территория отеля ухоженная, много зелени и деревьев: нам повезло попасть в сезон мангустинов, и мы не упустили возможность срывать их с деревьев и объедаться. Вид с верхнего бассейна на скалы просто невероятный. С балкона нашей комнаты, и даже с кровати, вид был восхитительный. Из ресторана открывается вид на реку, есть свой пирс с каяками, красота. В комнате деревянные полы - это отдельный плюс. Кондиционер воздуха в нашем комнате был новый и очень мощный.

В этом отеле не чувствуешь себя гостем с большой буквы, если ты не в составе группы. Персонал плохо говорит по-английски. В отеле, где каждый вечер идут дожди НЕТ ни одного зонта для гостей. Отель в целом не «про сервис и хоспиталити», а про «купи у нас как можно больше экскурсий». Экскурсии в отеле естественные дороже, чем напрямую в заповеднике. Домики уставшие, чистота и уборка посредственная. Постельное белье и полотенца старые. Ни халатов, ни тапочек не предоставляют. Вай-фая у нас в комнате тоже не было. На бассейне: лежаки поломанные, зонтики ржавые и в пятнах. Завтраки «на троечку», каждый день одно и тоже (яйца, курица, йогурт, арбуз). В целом отель неплохой, но явно не стоит своих денег.

The surrounding and the view of the resort are extraordinary. We felt like we were in avatar! Take the time to relax et spend time to disconnect. We woke up with the sound of gibbon, it was magical. Also big + the safaris organized with the hotel!

The setting of the room was very simple but it is part of the experience. Think like the resort is more like a luxury camping site.

The view was absolutely incredible. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed in my life. The mountain was so close and the trees were blossoming purple. The location was inside the pick up zone for all activities I wanted to do. The restaurant had delicious and authentic Thai food. There are 2 pools and a massage place, as well as kayaks and access to the river, so you could realistically be happy just staying here the whole trip. The rooms were well air conditioned and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There were sometimes ants and mosquitoes in the room because the bathroom had a section that was open to the outside. But there was a good mosquito net and you just need to keep the bathroom door closed. The property is on a very steep hill, which means many steep stair climbs between the reception and the restaurant. My knees were sore by the end of the week, I don’t recommend this place to anyone with limited mobility. Both of these things were a small price to pay for the incredible view and location in the jungle.

The location is so beautiful and it’s great to be a bit away from the main town

The price of everything was high. A 10 min taxi into town was 600 bhat, they will not budge on the price no matter how close. We got a taxi back for 100… the breakfast isn’t great, very basic and cold eggs.
