King Suite near to Disney & Universal Fun

Me gustó la ubicación y tranquilidad. Fue una cómoda estancia, a pesar que los recepcionistas no fueron tan amables el anfitrión siempre respondía a tiempo.

Pueden mejorar el sistema de puertas, estaban duras y antiguas. Los recepcionista del lobby deben ser más amables.

The property was so close to Universal and Disney. It was very clean! Comfortable bed, great pillows. The a/c was great!!

The room was supposed to have a washer and dryer. It did not. Instead there was a laundry room on the 4th floor. There was 1 luggage cart for the entire building. The front desk staff could not answer any questions and seemed very unconcerned about whether or not whatever your issue was, was worked out or not. Also, the electricity went out due to a storm. There were no generators. If you want to use clean towels every time you shower, bring your own or plan to wash because there were only 4 towels in the room, 2 hand towels, and 0 washcloths. There was no cleaning service during our stay.

Ótima localização e atendimento excepcional, sempre que precisei de apoio, prontamente atendederam. Volto a me hospedar com certeza e indico . Uma dica.....para quem fala pouco inglês é perfeito, falam português também!!
