El aire acondicionado debe de ir más frío en verano, fumigar más continuo. No tuve problema con comprar y fumigar y limpiar pq siempre lo hacemos. Costumbre de familia. En nuestras estancias

Great room setup. Spacious and nice accommodations. Excellent location and view. Comfortable bed. The pool and hot-tub were nice for the children. Great value for our stay.

The room has a horrible, raunchy smell. We tried air fresheners and it did not help. There was a rotten, sour aroma our entire stay. The toilet constantly had issues flushing. There was no blanket for our children's bed and we were short a pillow. We were advised that Sky Suites did not manage the room, we had to wait till the next day for someone to bring them by. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. The fridge was not the proper temperature. Warm, to the point that we had to throw out all refrigerated items. Milk went bad three days after purchase. The freezer froze and then started condensating on the same day. Ice maker worked for 1 day and then didn't produce ice again until the fourth day. The picture frame over the table was barely hanging onto the wall, with the wall screw mount hanging out, as if it was pulled out by a previous guest and just left to fall onto the next unsuspecting guest. The pullout couch bed was broken with a metal bar hanging loose on the floor, not secured. Our children are small so they were able to use it without it affecting their comfort.
