I absolutely loved the breakfast. Overall location was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was so accommodating.

Hygiene of the washroom and the room needs to be take care of. The bedsheet had a lot of dust and washroom was stinky.

The on site staff was very helpful. They provided us with so much care. The food was fresh and delicious. They tended to all of our needs. They were very kind and accommodating.

My specific room was not as advertised. I didn’t realize that the location didn’t have AC. The top floor doesn’t have the balcony, view, spacious rooms, or the lighting. The room wasn’t sealed and didn’t have ceiling fans so we had to deal with mosquitos. However, there were other rooms that were much nicer. I would suggest for people to read the fine print so they understand which room they are receiving because not all rooms look like what’s on their social media.

The staff is very friendly, hospitable and cooperative. They tried to respond to almost every request, to make us feel at home and comfortable. Overall when compared to the facilities provided in other places in the region, this was way better.

A bit of more investment in maintenance will bring this place to international standards

The location was very good and food was EXCELLENT!!

Cleanliness needs to be taken care of. The room and the washroom of our Marco polo room was a bit smelly!! There were many insects around the bed.
