The host was very responsive and we had excellent communication. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location of the apartment is not far from main Riyadh season attractions by car. There were 3 bedrooms; ensuite with a king size bed, second room with two queen size beds, and third room with 3 single beds. It can easily fit a family of 6 and 9 if you're sharing the bigger beds. Beside the ensuite bathroom there's another bathroom and a toilet so a big family won't suffer or have to wait for their turn to take care of business.
Parking was a bit tight to get in and out with a large SUV. Not a deal breaker it was still safe parking in the basement.

Quick decision by owner
There is no clue how to identify and get the house. The phone number in booking.com was only way as there is no reception.
