Location was excellent. It was close to the Riyadh season zones where we wanted to go. The rooms were large in size, clean and comfortable.
The bathrooms were in run-down condition. There were no bath tubs and when you took a shower, the water just splashed everywhere. The toilet seat covers were broken as well. When we used the kitchen sink, the water backed up from the drain line into the kitchen floor.
The staff at the front lobby often did not pick up the phone when called. Even when we asked them for cleaning the garbage from the room, they said yes and then did not show up.
