5-Bedroom Private Pool Townhouse

I loved everything about my stay and the main pool and bar was exceptional as well as the staff, will definitely be booking again.

Plenty of space for everyone, to hang and still have there own space. Great that they had kitchen equipment.

We checked in on Wednesday and were not able to use the pool till Friday evening. The pool was off( pump not running) it was also not cleaned, there was frogs in the filter. I sent a message, respond- we will let maintenance know. All day Thursday nothing. Maintenance finally came in the evening, the kids were around the pool playing ball. He is on the phone saying the kids are in the pool. All he did that day was take the frogs out the filter, but he respond with its Florida there is frogs. Night time I got a message stating they will come Friday to do a full maintenance. They did come Friday close to evening time. Next roach- this is the bedroom on the first floor, Saturday morning around 3AM walk in the bathroom roach on the floor. Ran under the door in the toilet same thing Sunday around the same time sent and email no response. The kitchen needs a good dusting about the fridge is dusty. Also emailed some name Paula with pictures of the pool of the home next door and that’s what prompted them to come Friday to clean it. And also send the the roaches pictures to her no response.

The home was nice. Everyone had their own space. The beds were comfortable.

The A/c didn't work. Called many times just to be told it was because was so hot an we quickly realized that was a lie. The wifi never worked. We called many times for assistance an got nowhere. Lots of ants appeared every morning. Broken glass in random places. Lots of dust on side tables an dining area. Dead bugs in the carpet in the bedrooms. You can tell the home is not being cleaned properly. Usually you have a book or something giving details on the home an there was nothing after several emails an calls we finally got someone but again nothing was being done about anything.
