The lady at the reception… she escorted us to canoeing area and i notice her shoes.. it was not comfortable to walk.. she is so nice and supportive a very humble and nice person.. I request the property owner to provide good dress and shoes with high quality as they deserve it 🙏

The reception staff were very attentive and cordial, especially Sulalv, who assisted us very politely; he spoke excellent English and was always helpful.
Nothing to complain
