Great location between the Bay and the Ocean. Easy access to the airport and highways. House was fine and would work for a small family. Generally comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Loads of restaurants and food stores nearby. This is a mixed rental and residential neighborhood which I liked as compared to some areas of Pacific Beach that are entirely rental. There are three levels in the house which works to separate guests but would not work for those who have trouble climbing stairs which you have to do to get to the main living space.

The property management company is new and missed many details. They did not know that there was a complete house being built within a few feet of the property and they worked 6 days a week. At the same time they were responsive to requests like repairing the barbecue that was not working when we arrived. It's a great house and location but for the rental price, more consideration to detail is required. I sent them a list.
