Perfect location, steps from the beach as well as several restaurants on Mission. The house was clean and well equipped for our family.

Positives: The house is beautiful and the location is ideal. The bay is a few steps from your door and restaurants, bars, and the ocean are only a few blocks away. The setup of the house is great for a family of 4. Everyone got a bedroom and each room was on a separate floor. The upstairs deck is wonderful for hanging out at night and watching the boats on the bay.
Negatives: Management. Several things went wrong during our stay that could have been easily resolved with a little kindness, understanding, and repair calls. We are vacation rental owners ourselves, and understand all that goes into managing and repairing homes so we are as patient as they come when things go wrong. Upon arrival, there were a few small things wrong that we opted to pitch in and fix so we wouldn't burden management (loose toilet seat, flat bike tire). In addition to this, the main living room had a broken TV, the master air conditioning didn't work, and there was a water leak that didn't allow us to use the master shower for part of the trip. We tried showing patience and kindness from the start, but got less patient as excuses built, requests were ignored, and we were talked to and questioned like annoying children who did something wrong ("Why do you even need the air conditioning? Just open the windows and you'll be instantly cold.") The icing on the cake was the response we got when we realized that no one was coming to fix the air conditioning - "we were waiting for you to report whether or not it kicked back in during your stay."
As long as no problems occur, you'll enjoy your stay in this beautiful home. Just don't rely on management to help if something goes wrong.
