eigener privater Parkplatz, verfügbarer Fahrstuhl. viel Platz, Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude, gutes Wifi mit schneller Internetvebindung
Lage am Bahnhof (muss einem nur bewusst sein), ansonsten nur Kleinigkeiten (einige defekte LEDs, hier und da fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten, kein Kleiderschrank), "entfernter" Blick auf die Altstadt über Innenhof hinweg, subjektiv mäßiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhätnis

El mobiliario y comodidades del apartamento. Muy confortable. Mobiliario de calidad. Electrodomésticos de calidad y en buen estado. Estupenda vista desde la terraza.
El ascensor no funcionaba en el tercer piso. Solamente se podía subir desde la planta baja pero NO se podía bajar y había que hacerlo por la escalera o desde el segundo piso. Para personas mayores es importante solucionarlo.
