Beautiful apartment, very well located straight across from the train station
I assumed the washing machine was in the apartment from the photos however it is located in the cellar down stairs that is a communal laundry. It costs €1 for 60 minutes of power to the washing machine. All the clothes airers in. The communal laundry were marked as private and no clothes airer in the apartment although there is plenty of space.

Schöne große Wohnung, sehr bequeme Betten, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, toller Balkon mit Blick Richtung Altstadt, Parkplatz im Innenhof, günstige Lage Nähe Bahnhof und nicht weit von der Altstadt, Aufzug
Man hört den Bahnhof gegenüber sehr deutlich, wir konnten jede Durchsage mithören, wenn das Fenster offen war. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten uns: ein Spüllappen und Geschirrtuch, außerdem Ablageflächen und Haken im Bad. Aber eine tolle Wohnung!

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns optimal. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Die Lage der Wohnung, direkt am Bahnhof und in der Nähe zum Zentrum waren für uns gut.
Der erste Eindruck ist toll, auf dem zweiten Blick sieht man aber dass hin und wieder nicht gut geputzt wird. Der Backofen sieht innen nicht so toll aus. Die Türen der Dusche lassen sich nicht komplett schließen und sind nicht sauber. Der ehemalige Waschmaschinen Anschluss hängt im Bad einfach so rum.
Die Überreste vom Vormittag waren noch eindeutig sichtbar.
Es war alles in allem nichts wirklich schlimmes, aber der Gesamteindruck hat dadurch ein wenig gelitten.

Mooie grote leefruimte, met airco, op loopafstand naar de Altstadt, met eigen parkeerplaats
Geluid van stationsomroeper, met name bij geopende ramen.
