Großzügig, gut ausgestattet, schöner Balkon
Balkon nach 22 Uhr wegen äußerst empfindlicher Nachbarn offiziell nicht nutzbar (Unterhaltung in Zimmerlautstärke führte zu lautstarker Beschwerde). Wir haben uns dann leise unterhalten, was keine Beschwerde nach sich zog. An einem 30° Tag würde ich mir das auch niemandem verbieten lassen. In die Innenstadt zu Fuß 20 Minuten (Bushaltestelle aber nur ein paar 100 m weg, also okay)

Die Unterkunft an sich ist toll, es war alles sehr sauber und es ist modern eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Danke
Es gibt einen Nachbarn, der sich gestört fühlt, wenn man schon den Balkon betritt und sich leise unterhält. Man muss auch beachten, wenn man schlecht zu Fuß ist, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl im Haus.

Perfektes, sehr stylisch eingerichtetes Apartment. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. In 10min ist man mit dem Bus in der Innenstadt. Absolut grandiose Aussicht über Bamberg zu Dom und Altenburg. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter bei Bedarf jederzeit und sofort telefonisch zu erreichen. Trotzdem stellt sich mir eine Frage: wie bringt man eine ausgewachsene 6m-Birke komplett als Deko in den 3. Stock?
Im Sommer im Dachgeschoss sehr warm (wie wohl überall sonst auch). Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Aufzug, sodass man alles in den 3. Stock tragen muss.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung vom Bamberger Bahnhof auf der der Innenstadt abgewandten Seite. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in ca. 40 Minuten zu erreichen.
