Guest Space Fiji - Port Denarau Apts

Location great as we were catching an early morning ferry to the islands and plenty of restaurants in the port complex. We arrived after dark and was not the easiest place to locate. The apartment was on the first floor and not particularly well signed. The entry method could have been explained better as it took us a few goes to work it out. The apartment was very compact but appeared to have everything especially as we were only staying overnight. Very convenient for the purpose we required.

Great location, perfect for a one night stay to get on the port

No signage. We didn’t know where the property was.

This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer available was incredibly convenient. The bed was spacious, and the bedroom offered plenty of storage space, making it easy to unpack and settle in for our week-long stay. Check-in was seamless, with clear self-check-in instructions and a lockbox code provided before our arrival. The location was perfect being so close to all the restaurants and marina for boat departures.

We had to follow up on the check in request for an airport taxi but never got a response. We didn't get room service at all while we were there meaning we ran out of tea and coffee and body wash.

Excellent location to port denarau for easy ferries next morning or arriving back late. Room was clean, good shower and air conditioning.

Check-in was supposed to be no hassle, but it was quite a hassle. We gave our check-in time as 6:30-7pm when we booked knowing when our ferry was arriving back to Port Denarau. We reached out on at noon via booking.com to confirm check-in time and to ask if access code and directions to the apartment could be given early because we weren't sure if we would have wifi on the ferry. No response. We reached out again at 4pm on the ferry where we did have wifi via whatsapp number provided on reservation. Directions given were not any more informative than what we already had and we were told. And while they asked if we had found the apartment, they still hadn't given us apartment number nor access code. Then an hour later they asked for my name (already given) and booking number. And told me to standby. Then after another 15 mins (now at 6pm) after me saying that checkin is at 2pm, is there a problem, given it's now 6pm, they finally gave a code and apartment number. Then they followed up to say the code was wrong and to use this one. When we got there, the correct code was actually the first one. Then when we got inside the welcome pack said that the wifi code would be provided inside the apartment. It was nowhere to be found in the apartment. Then we noticed on the back of the of the welcome back, written in pen, there was a wifi with a password seemingly next to it. However, no combination of the password worked. We sent a whatsapp while at dinner. There was no response. The next day when we had got to the airport we got a response and the password was missing a letter...
