Sehr nette und gepflegte, neu renovierte, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Obergeschoss eines alten Hauses, über 2 Etagen.
Die Treppen sind sehr steil und die Stufen mit sehr kurzen Auftritten, daher für Senioren und Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen nicht empfehlenswert. Die Heizung "meldet sich manchmal zu Wort", und der Boiler in der Küchenzeile ist scheinbar defekt. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört, daher haben wir den Vermieter auch nicht während des Aufenthaltes kontaktiert. So wie die Wohnung gepflegt ist, denke ich aber, dass dies schon beim nächsten Mieter erledigt ist.

Schönes Giebelhaus an zentraler Lage in Friedrichstadt. Geschmackvoll renoviert, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, hell und freundliches Ambiente. Es mangelt an nichts, alles da fürs tägliche Lebrn! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der zweistöckigen Wohnung. Nachts ist es ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Auch für Familien bestens geeignet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!
Nichts. Allenfalls sind die für alte Häuser typischen, steilen Treppen nichts für Menschen, die nicht (mehr) so gut gehen können.
