апартаменти розташовані не далеко від аеропорту, поруч автобусна зупинка та магазини (LIDL, Conad). Квартира знаходиться напроти набережної з не поганим видом з вікна, але центр міста з ресторанами та прогулятися по набережній потрібно їхати, пішки йти досить далеко.
відсутність кондеціонера є великим мінусом даних апертаментів, є три вентилятори. але при спеці в 35+ градусів вони не допомагають взагалі, на ніч відкрити вікна не можна, так як поруч дорога з цілодобовим рухом транспорту. При досить значній вартості апартаментів (+- 200 євро за ніч) можна встановити хоча б один кондиціонер на квартиру. В самій квартирі є багато не потрібних речей і кімната-кухня потребує оновлення
