Propre, spatieux pour un couple et moderne comparé aux appartements en centre-ville.
La zone est très paisible et il y règne une atmosphère de vacances.
L’arrivée se fait en self-service après avoir envoyé les documents demandés par le proprio sur whatsapp. Ensuite il suffit de suivre les étapes de la vidéo du self-registering qui montre l’accès et un code pour obtenir la clé dans la boîte.
Service-client au top, rien à reprocher: répond vite, donne des conseils pour des restaurants aux alentours, est poli et agréable.
J’ai parlé italien, je ne sais pas si la personne parle d’autres langues. Sûrement l’anglais et le français.
La salle de bain est propre et sent bon. 3 linges de taille différente sont fournis par personne. Il y a de l’eau chaud après 10-15 sec. d’écoulement.
Il y a le grand centre commercial d’Olbia à 5 minutes à pied avec un peu de tout comme dans tout grands centre commerciaux.
Je recommmande d’être véhiculé car il y a un bus qui passe pas loin mais pour aller à la plage ou en centre-ville ça peut être fatiguant ou inconfortable selon comment chacun est.
Très bon établissement, seul soucis rencontré: la connexion au wifi se coupe et se reconnecte fréquemment (peut être un problème de mon téléphone? Je ne sais pas)

The apartment is located close to the airport, which was important for us because of the early morning flight.
The host was extremely friendly and provided detailed instructions on how to get in and where to park.
He also provided a large water bottle, which was very helpful!
The apartment itself is just ok. It was clean and spacious but the bed was not comfortable and there were no room darkening window treatments other than outside shutters.
We also had a little hard time signing in to WiFi as there wasn’t clear sign at the apartment and several passwords provided didn’t work. When we finally got on, it worked great!
And lastly, we were contacted by host after we left. He notified us we forgot to leave money for the tax. It would be helpful if there was a reminder note somewhere in the apartment. The host did let us know about the tax in one of the messages prior to check in, but with all the traveling we’ve been doing, we didn’t think about it the morning of checking out…
