Eloise Apartment - Brand New Opening

El trato recibido ha sido excepcional desde antes incluso de nuestra llegada al apartamento y hasta el último momento de nuestra estancia. En todo momento hemos recibido una atención cercana, profesional y, sobre todo, muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Han sabido adaptarse perfectamente a lo que necesitábamos, haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera todavía más cómoda y agradable. El apartamento está situado en una ubicación excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo que resulta especialmente cómodo tanto para la llegada como para la salida. Además, permite desplazarse con facilidad a prácticamente todas las playas y lugares de interés de la zona, estando a menos de 30 minutos de numerosos puntos imprescindibles de la costa. Todo ha estado cuidado al detalle y la atención recibida ha sido de diez. Es de agradecer encontrar un alojamiento en el que, además de unas buenas instalaciones y una ubicación fantástica, exista un trato tan personalizado y atento. Sin ninguna duda, es un alojamiento que recomendamos al 100 %. Si volvemos por la zona, tendremos claro dónde alojarnos de nuevo. Una experiencia fantástica y totalmente recomendable.

The apartment is located close to the airport, which was important for us because of the early morning flight. The host was extremely friendly and provided detailed instructions on how to get in and where to park. He also provided a large water bottle, which was very helpful!

The apartment itself is just ok. It was clean and spacious but the bed was not comfortable and there were no room darkening window treatments other than outside shutters. We also had a little hard time signing in to WiFi as there wasn’t clear sign at the apartment and several passwords provided didn’t work. When we finally got on, it worked great! And lastly, we were contacted by host after we left. He notified us we forgot to leave money for the tax. It would be helpful if there was a reminder note somewhere in the apartment. The host did let us know about the tax in one of the messages prior to check in, but with all the traveling we’ve been doing, we didn’t think about it the morning of checking out…
