The host is very nice, responds quickly to messages, and helps you if you need anything. The location is in an okay area, with shops on the ground floor, a small park, and close to the riverfront that runs through the city and a 10-minute walk from the center. The studio apartment is spacious enough for its 25 square meters, it is completely renovated and has air conditioning, which was very useful during our stay. The kitchen is equipped and the host left us water in the refrigerator dispenser, tea, coffee, and 3-in-1.
Being newly renovated, the studio apartment needs a mirror at the entrance, a coat rack, lamps, bedside tables, things that the host said he ordered and is going to put in. The balcony overlooks a railway crossing, and this can be an inconvenience because of the noise from the trains.
