- localizare buna. Chiar daca este langa gara, nu se aud trenurile - curatenie si posibilitatea de a gati, chiar daca poate mai trebuie sa iei prosoape de bucatarie
- situat la etajul 4, fara lift. Daca ai multe bagaje e cam inconfortabil - nu ai parcare gratuita, ci poti plati taxa parcare daca nu gasesti un loc pe unde sa lasi masina

Aproape de centru, apartament mare cu balcon Bloc reabilitat, cald in camere, centrala proprie
Este la etaj 4 fara lift Mobila din bucătărie în stare bună dar veche, cu aspect demodat

Apartamentul este poziționat foarte bine. Poți ajunge ușor in toate punctele de interes, fără mașină, intr-o ușoară plimbare. A fost liniște, căldură si ne-am simțit foarte bine.
Etajul 5...fără lift, dar nu ne-a deranjat foarte mult...am facut mișcare.
