Steve's Little Flat

Szuper kis szuterén lakàs,a nagy melegben,kellemes hűs volt bent. A tulajdonos kèrèsènek megfelelően, a lakàst szàrazon lehet tartani, a pàràtalanìtóval. Hatalmas Tv, klìma,van minden amire az embernek rövidtàvon szüksége van.🙂

Az epület azèrt elég règi màr,de ez nyilvàn nem olyan nagy baj.

The location is great. Easy eccess to the bus stop that takes you to the heart of the ciry in at about 10 minute ride. Buses are very frequent 3 to 5 minute waiting time. Grocery shopping is at about 5 minute walk from the APT. Quiet peacefull neighborhood. The APT .has all that you need for about a few week of stay. We did love th coffe maker and the great coffe copsuls. The owner left lots of coffe copsuls there for us. Nice big screen TV on the wall.

This is a very small basment APT. The APT is stinks from that underground wetness and moldy smell. There were some bugs spider as specially. We were afraid to opening the door during the day time to get some fresh air in because of the rats and mice. There is a ery small window in the apt. that looks directly to the sidewalk. The place need a good deep cleaning, there were cobwebs in the corners. Must run the AC to help get rad of the smell. Did not have hair dryer in the unit. The basement and surrounding area are dirty. The garden needs maintenance and cleaning up to do.
