Location. Nice townhouse community.
Whoever cleaned this unit before we arrived needs to be fired. There was a bottle of lube up under the bed, cigarette butts everywhere, it didn’t look like anyone had mopped or swept in years (my socks turned black walking across the living room and kitchen floor once). The upstairs balcony’s banister was not anchored to anything so if someone were to lean on it, they would fall right off. The upstairs balcony also looked very unsafe. When you looked up from downstairs at it, it looked like it was about to fall apart. There was mold growing in the added on bathroom and the shower leaked. The king bed fell apart by me simply sitting on it (I weigh 140ish) It is also way too big for that room, you can’t access the closet in that bedroom because it’s too big. The other bed was very flimsy. The closet door fell off whenever I simply opened it. The icemaker didn’t work and several of the lights downstairs didn’t work. One of the recliners was broken. And there was an outside Blink camera on front door, which was not disclosed to me whenever I rented the property and there was no sign on the property saying the camera was there, both are illegal. It is also illegal to audio record anybody without their consent and as a blink customer, I know they record audio. Glad I got it as a promotional discounted rate because it was a new property on booking. I will definitely stay in that townhouse community again, but never again at this one. I would probably remove it from this site if I were booking.
