Heel fijn en schoon appartement bij het centrum van Sulmona. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Armando was erg vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Op aanraden van hem hebben we ook twee keer heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant Clemente. We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad.

Corner apartment on the fifth floor (US) overlooking tall trees in a park; easy walking distance to at least four great restaurants. In 1-1/2 hours, can drive to high altitude gorgeous mountain scenery for hiking. Wonderful small medieval villages in easy reach. Decent kitchen, spotlessly clean.
You gotta climb 67 (or 68)stairs - no elevator. Fine if you're in shape, or just take it slowly. Bathroom is great, but narrow - and the shower is maybe 2.5' square. If you're tall, it works. If you're tall and weigh a lot, you may have trouble maneuvering..
