Apartament molt gran, amb zones diferenciades. Molt còmode la zona de cuina i la de dormir. Llit gran i confortable. Cuina petita però ben equipada, amb estris suficients per cuinar. Aire condicionat al menjador. Molta llum. Situació genial per visitar Sulmoma, i bon lloc per ser camp base per veure l'entorn. Es podia aparcar al mateix carrer o en una zona d'aparcament a tocar.
Com remarca el propietari és un 4t pis sense ascensor (sembla un sisè perquè té replans entremig). Tenir un parc al davant és maco per les vistes, però és força transitat i costa que hi hagi silenci (a les nits), segurament no va ajudar que fossin dies de festa local. Amb finestres tancades o en una altra època de l'any, segur q no hi ha aquest problema.

Appartamento pulitissimo comodissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Armando ci ha aiutato all'arrivo per i bagagli e rendendosi disponibile per ogni necessità.
