Η συνολική εμπειρία στο διαμέρισμα δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας, κυρίως σε σχέση με τη τιμή και τις παροχές που αναφέρονται στην αγγελία. Από την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας υπήρχε έντονη και δυσάρεστη οσμή, πιθανότατα από τα υπόγεια, η οποία ήταν ιδιαίτερα ενοχλητική όλες τις ημέρες της διαμονής μας. Μπαίνοντας στο διαμέρισμα, υπήρχε εμφανής μυρωδιά υγρασίας και μούχλας. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο μύριζε έντονα, ενώ στο κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο η ντουλάπα παρουσίαζε το ίδιο πρόβλημα, κάτι που έκανε αδύνατη τη χρήση της για ρούχα. Τα παπλώματα επίσης είχαν αυτή τη μυρωδιά και δεν είχαν παπλωματοθήκη. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν διέθετε κανένα μέσο σκίασης (τέντα, παντζούρι ή έστω μια κουρτίνα), με αποτέλεσμα ο χώρος να γεμίζει φως από πολύ νωρίς το πρωί. Επιπλέον, στα υπνοδωμάτια δεν υπήρχαν φωτιστικά στα κομοδίνα, κάτι που δυσκόλευε οποιαδήποτε βασική χρήση του χώρου τις βραδινές ώρες. Το μπάνιο είχε ένα πολύ μικρό ντους, στο οποίο πρακτικά δεν μπορούσε να χωρέσει άτομο με ύψος άνω του 1,75, γεγονός που έκανε τη χρήση του ιδιαίτερα δύσκολη. Τέλος, ενώ στο κατάλυμα αναφέρεται ότι υπάρχει τζάκι – στοιχείο που ήταν και ένας από τους λόγους επιλογής του – στις οδηγίες χρήσης ενημερωθήκαμε ότι απαγορεύεται η χρήση του λόγω προβλήματος. Επίσης, ενώ στην αγγελία αναγράφονταν ανιχνευτές καπνού και μονοξειδίου του άνθρακα, δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά στο διαμέρισμα. Γενικά, το διαμέρισμα χρειάζεται σημαντικές βελτιώσεις τόσο στις υποδομές όσο και στην ακρίβεια της περιγραφής της αγγελίας, ώστε η εμπειρία να ανταποκρίνεται στη πραγματικότητα και στη τιμή.
