Our stay in Karen was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we landed in Nairobi, everything was thoughtfully taken care of. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by our wonderful hosts, Mr. Michael and Ms. Perpetual. Their hospitality was unmatched. We arrived to a personalized handwritten note, a basket of fresh fruits, and even special treats like muffins for the kids. The house itself was spotless, sparkling clean in every corner, and stocked with basic essentials such as flour, milk, eggs, and vegetable oil to help us settle in before doing a big grocery run. With toddlers running around, it wasn’t easy to maintain the same standard of cleanliness, but the comfort and setup made us feel right at home. When the power went out, an alternative was provided immediately. Each room came with fresh linens, clean towels, and extra duvets to keep us warm during Karen’s chilly nights. Our hosts were always proactive and ready to assist . Whether it was driving us to places at a token fee or checking in to make sure we were comfortable. A highlight was the complimentary night we received when we returned from our trip to Diani Beach. This thoughtful gesture made our family feel truly valued. Though there were a few small flaws here and there, the positives far outweighed them. The hospitality, comfort, and care made Karen feel like home. My family completely approves, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi
