The setting and the staff were fantastic. They arranged a pick up from the airport at 2am as well as a driver to take us to Sheldrick and Nairobi Animal Orphanage; he was great. The setting was beautiful. Staff was very friendly
I was very cold in the night, so maybe more blankets but maybe that’s me. Also, it would be great to have more areas to put your luggage.

The staff here were all friendly and welcoming. Sadly our flight was delayed so that we arrived in the dark, but Patricia kindly saved some hot food for us so that we could eat on arrival. Our tent was very comfortable but a little cold due to the unseasonal heavy rain.
Breakfast was delicious on the balcony with good views of the site, and lots of birds to watch.
We were sad that our visit was so short and look forward to a future visit which we will plan to be for at least 2 nights.
Slightly cold in the tent, until we got under the warm duvet!

Not much.
Given a tent next door to another guest, although we were the only two guests in that whole side of the property. Bathroom area was dirty.
