She met us outside to show us the apartment and give the keys. She lives next door and was very helpful in getting us other items we needed. We needed an iron and immediately she took to us. She was available for what we needed. She also left snacks for a us and a fridge of fruit juices and water. It was very sweet. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware. The two chairs in the living room just sink you in to super comfort, I almost felt like spending the night on the chair it was so comfortable. The apartment had very efficient AC units. There is also a washing machine available in the apartment. The apartment was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.
Nothing. The apartment was very ample and the bathroom too. It had a dining area and a double balcony. Building does not have elevator.

Staff was very nice and kind greeting for breakfast and very enjoyable even though we don’t speak Italian. The cleaning staff was also very courteous. We slept in and they waited for us to come back
We were given the 4th floor because bigger accommodation 4 beds, two rooms however their 4th is their 3rd. The problem is no elevator. The luggage to come up and down was very tiring. Also my mom fell going up the stairs on the last section light turns off in the hallway. Until you reach the door the lights turn on. They kept shutting off on us before we reached the room. Also the bed broke first day. The boards were previously taped together to look acceptable. It took them two days to fix. Twice I went to speak w them they didn’t speak English. No washing machine in the room. My husband did not like the shower, very small. He is a slender man to say the least.
