La struttura è veramente curata nei minimi dettagli, molto elegante e ben arredata. Ho trovato tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno e ho apprezzato la premura del responsabile. La posizione è ottima perchè è a due passi dalla stazione, e letteralmente nel cuore del centro storico di Pesaro, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva facilmente al lungomare. Consigliata!

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele Tipp gegeben.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind alt und unpraktisch. Man hat kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten für persönliche Dinge. Die Regale waren voll mit Deco, wie alten Tassen und Gläser. Das Sofa sowie die Stühle wurden mit Decken und Kissen abgedeckt. Das Bad war soweit in Ordnung. Leider waren die Fugen und Fußleisten stark verschmutzt. Die an sich schöne Terrasse war voller Blätter und Schmutz. Die Möbel waren in Ordnung. Schade man hätte mehr draus machen können.
