First Floor: Two king bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, a half bath, full laundry area, bait freezer, and spacious living room and garage. An elevator provides easy access to all floors.
Second Floor: Open-concept chef's kitchen featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator, flowing into a spacious dining and living area. The master suite offers a king bed and private bath, while a second bedroom features four full-over-full bunk beds (child crib included)—ideal for families and groups.
Third Floor: Rooftop captain's lookout with seating, perfect for enjoying spectacular Keys sunsets.
Outdoor Amenities: Heated pool with swim-up bar and five submerged seats, outdoor kitchen with grill and smoker combo, and commercial ice machine.
Water Access: Private 50-foot dock with 20-amp and 30-amp power, water hookups, and accommodations for boats up to a 3-foot draft. Dedicated jet ski port included (guests will need to provide their own kayaks and paddle boards as they are not provided. Contact us if your vessel requires a deeper draft. The boat and jet skit lifts are off limits to guests.
A premiere streaming package is available through FUBO on each TV and there is fast Wi-Fi throughout the house . Also, there are exterior security cameras present but they are inoperable. Lots of parking for cars and trailers in the driveway area.
