Noisey staff carts rumble up and down the exterior wooden walkways on plastic wheels while baggage carts on rubber wheels are silent.

I absolutely love this resort if I come to this part of the keys I will always choose to stay here ! 10/10 highly recommend!! They staff is so friendly and kind… honestly the staff was nicer than some of their clientele… but I still love this place and I will definitely be back!

This is a very nice resort with an excellent restaurant, pretty rooms with views, and a beautiful location. When you book there are a lot of hidden taxes and fees so just be aware of at least $100 extra a day, and if you have a car to park even more. Even charging a resort fee for the day of check in, which doesn’t make too much sense with a late arrival. But overall it was pretty.

Upon arrival the reception team informed me that my King suite with Balcony was ready on 3rd floor - except I booked a Oceanfront ground floor king suite with Veranda - and paid extra for that privilege. They snootily told me that it was Agoda's fault. When I pulled up the booking email and showed them they got an attitude with me and then finally gave me the room type I had booked and paid for, but not oceanfront. I had a view of a hedge. They also said they were doing this change with no charge, like they were doing me a favor to give me what I had paid for. Upon check out I was greeted with nearly 300 dollars of charges not included too. $30 per night parking. $47 per day resort charges and taxes upon taxes when the price was advertised as including all taxes and fees. Not happy. Didn't even use the facilities. Was much better eating away and swimming at beach.
