Get turnkey service - fresh water tank filled, portable power station fully charged, coffee, fresh linens, towels, blankets, pillowcases, and ice blocks for the fridge. She also comes with all the gear you need for camping and cooking. Just bring your luggage, get food, and you're ready to go.
Also, unlimited mileage ;) Doesn't get any better than that.
