**A wonderful experience!** Everything was perfect, from the easy communication with the very friendly and helpful host to the smooth key handover and all the necessary information. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clearly decorated by people with great taste. It is obvious that the owners did not simply choose the cheapest furniture and amenities for a rental property, but created it as a place they would genuinely enjoy living in themselves. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient. The town center is just a 10-minute walk away, as is Varadero Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Santa Pola. Mercadona supermarket is also about a 10-minute walk away. For me, this is the best location in Santa Pola. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing some guests might miss is a terrace, but we honestly didn’t miss it at all. Not even for a moment, because the best terrace is simply stepping outside and enjoying everything Santa Pola has to offer.

Completamente equipado, todo nuevo y con aire acondicionado central. Bien ubicado y espacioso.

Reformado por completo, muy cerca de la playa y supermercados.

This apartment offers everything you need to have an enjoyable home base while in Santa Pola, has got some very modern features and the home owner is always available for any necessity.

The only negative things about the structure are the bathroom and the shower drains. The toilet gets clogged very easily if 2 people (for necessity) go back to back in the bathroom, super inconvenient, we had, sometimes, to use our hands to unclog it. The shower drain as well started giving problems later in the vacation period, but it's manageable.
