Perla del Mar 2 con ascensor

El piso es muy cómodo, muy bonito, muy bien utilado, con mucha atención al detalle, tiene de todo. Te invita a disfrutar de una estancia larga. Muy cerca del mar. Tiene supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Muy buena comunicación con la dueña. Seguramente repetiremos.

Un poco fuera del centro y de la estación de buses.

Mogelijkheid tot app-contact (in het Spaans) met de eigenaresse / hostess met n snelle responstijd! Een groot strand met 2 voerbal- en 2 volleybalvelden was heel dichtbij. Zo ook een grote supermarkt, genaamd Mercadona, zat op korte loopafstand. Tevens was er een basketbalveldje in de buurt en heel veel eettentjes. Er is 2 x per week een grote markt, op maandag en zaterdag (op 15 a 20 minuten loopafstand). Er is een gratis te bezoeken Aquarium(s) in Santa Pola. Palmentuin in Elche is erg mooi. En ook Alicante is de moeite waard te bezoeken. Het appartement zag er heel netjes en modern uit met bijzondere verlichting. En het was een rustige buurt. Al met al: een goede plek om te verblijven!

In het appartement miste ik alleen een balkon, maar dat stond ook niet vermeld in de omschrijving. En ik denk dat voor 6 personen de woonkamer (incl open keuken) wat aan de kleine kant is.

This apartment offers everything you need to have an enjoyable home base while in Santa Pola, has got some very modern features and the home owner is always available for any necessity.

The only negative things about the structure are the bathroom and the shower drains. The toilet gets clogged very easily if 2 people (for necessity) go back to back in the bathroom, super inconvenient, we had, sometimes, to use our hands to unclog it. The shower drain as well started giving problems later in the vacation period, but it's manageable.
