APARTAMENTO EN PRIMERA LINEA DE PLAYA CON INCREIBLES VISTAS

Ubicación perfecta. Vistas . Departamento muy cómodo y con detalles para una estancia muy agradable.

Éste departamento tiene para mí un problema a solucionar importante. El agua caliente en las duchas de los baños es intermitente, sale fría o peligrosamente muy caliente. No es un tema de regulación. Sartenes y ollas , imposibles de usar,el resto en la cocina perfecto.

Carlos (the keykeeper) was fantastisch. Hij deed moeite om aan je wensen te voldoen. De plek is levendig maar toch rustig. Jackies beneden was levendig maar eind van de avond was het er rustig. Nog tips om te eten: Bar Zero (tapas goedkoop en erg lekker). Restaurant Callaito (duurder maar ook erg lekker). Lokale bus naar Elche en/of Alicante is prima te doen. Ik zou achteraf geen transfer regelen van Alicante Airport naar Santa Pola, gewoon een taxi pakken die klaar staat en terug een lokale taxi of een Uber (nog goedkoper) belllen.

Bedden en bank kon iets beter.

Det var nära till allt och väldigt välstädat.

Kunde vara fler glas ex. Vinglas,champagne glas.även dusch tvål. Vatten i kylen, när man kommer sent vore bra.

I rented this for 18 days in December. I’ve visited the area before, and stayed in 2 other properties during a previous visit. This is my summary: Positives: Has everything you need. Kitchen is well supplied, for example. This is great for turning up and being able to use a few things. Nice touches – towels, small kitchen cleaning kit/pack. Good communication and efficient key hand over (I am told that the owner users a property agent next door just to give the key and change the gas, everything else is meant to be through the rental owner or booking.com). Balcony. Clearly this is the positive (and my reason for booking this property, as I knew that particularly spot) Location. This could be a personal preference, but again I chose this location, knowing the area.

I believe some of these should be transparent on the description, as I would not have booked this if I’d have known in advance. Once you are there and paid, you have limited options and no refund is possible. 1) Positive and negative: Shower was dangerous/scalding hot or freezing cold. In December this was tough, and I reported it within a couple of days. I arrived Wednesday, reported concerns with property on Friday, and was told to let the 'key holders' know - who of course, said, they only handle the keys and go back to the 'owners'. I did so and it was 3 days before I received a reply, Saturday to Monday. Tuesday the shower was finally fixed. Negative: Communication. Shower not working. The positive - The shower was bliss once working!... 2) Heating/cold. One radiator in main room. Unusually cold weather spell for 2 weeks. Patio doors do not completely shut out air, so wind and air can creep through when the wind is off the sea onto the balcony. Thankfully this only happened once or twice. But a consideration if you are renting in winter. More heating options are needed in my opinion. Positives: Bedding was warm. 3) If you have young children you'd need to be aware that the front balcony patio door does not lock. And the back room can be noisy, as it's against the neighbours living room and tv. It's worth being aware of this. Noise insulation is an issue with this building. Thankfully the front and side neighbour was not in use a lot, so the living room was reasonably quiet. Those above, were not too bad, cleaning, walking in shoes at an unusual late hour etc, but nothing too much. So the main consideration for my use, was the back single bedroom was not really usable. If I'd have known these things, I would have then either expected a lower payment/fee to reflect things that one needed to tolerate etc, or booked elsewhere. 4) Lastly - Wifi intermittent. An issue to use this beyond my occasional emails.
