Sevillano's City Escape at Shore 1 Near MOA

The owners, both Effie and Kaiser, are super amazing! They helped answer all my questions and worries before I even reached to their apartment. They were extremely warm and very very helpful with answering my questions or guiding me on how to use the appliances in the apartment. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. The location is a HUGE PLUS point and it's near perfect! Very convenient to get to SM Mall Of Asia, lots of convenient stores restaurants and a highly accessible location for public transport. It is not only great for solo travellers or travellers who have come for work, small families can enjoy the place as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place as there is no stress dealing with middle people or agents, you are communicating with the owners directly. Loved this olace and can't wait to stay here on my next trip.

Everything was good nothing to complain about. Everything you need to have a good time is available and you hardly feel the need to contact the owners to get something changed or worked on. The owners are highly responsive at any time of the day! MAJOR PLUS POINT.

Très bel appartement bien équipé dans un immeuble avec ascenseur. Le lit est hyper confortable. Il y a une piscine mais je n'ai pas pu en profiter â cause du temps nuageux. Salle de bain avec eau chaude et toute fourniture nécessaire. Il y a jne supérette en bas du bâtiment, le mal of China â 10mn à pied. Il faut prendre un taxi pour aller visiter la vieille ville qui vaut le coup d'aller faire un tour..
