Apartment ALFA, comfortable, budget friendly family apartment

Lo staff molto gentile, la posizione della casa a 5 min dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Casa abbastanza grande e comoda per famiglie fino a 6 persone.

Le serrature sia del bagno sia della porta principale andrebbero sostituite. Le scarafaggi vanno eliminate.

Skvělé místo. Umag známe, takže jsme přesně věděli, jak se zde orientovat. Měli jsme kola a na kolech jezdili na různé pláže po okolí i do centra Umagu. Apartmán je opravdu velký a vybavený + dvě terasy. Jste tu jediní hosté, takže vás nikdo neruší. Dokonalé vybavení, včetně tablet a spreje proti komárům. V kuchyni najdete vše - kávu, cukr, sůl, čaj... dokonce i ocet. Zařízení je starší, ale čisté i zachovalé a některé kousky nábytku jsou i velmi zajímavé. Paní majitelka byla velice milá a i když bydlí nahoře v domě, je velmi nenápadná a vlastně máte pocit, že jste v celém domě sami. Také chceme alespoň takto moc poděkovat za milý present! Toto ubytování rozhodně doporučujeme všem, kteří nehledají luxus, ale chtějí pohodlí, prostor a klid.

Nelíbily se nám pouze dvě věci. Tou první je velmi proleželá matrace u manželské postele v ložnici a vůbec celá postel je už velmi unavená a vratká. Doporučujeme vyměnit za novou postel s kvalitní matrací. Tou druhou je tráva na zahradě u teras, vlastně to není tráva, ale jen bodláky. Měli jsme s sebou pejska - naší starou fenečku - a ta měla neustále v srsti zapíchané různé bodláky a trny. Na přední straně zahrady byla tráva mnohem lepší, ale terasy k apartmánu jsou bohužel na zadní a boční straně zahrady, kde byly samé bodláky.

I liked both the location, and the house itself. Itʼs spacious with two great terraces. There were 5 of us (3 kids) and we all had enough space. It is the first time I book the same apartment twice - I booked it for July after this stay. Then we will see, if there are many mosquitos (there were no nettings on the windows). It is close to the sea (to stroll), however, the beach is a bit further (ca. 25 min walk). So in the summer we will drive to the beach, but I liked that we could walk to the sea in the mornings and evenings. Also it is very quiet there. The shopping center is 5 min drive away. I assume the house is well isolated, because in the beginning of April we did not need any heating. The nights were cold, but it was comfortable during the whole day. And the frying pans were new! I never saw new frying pans in apartments :)

The oven does not work, which was a bit unexpected. Also I would appreciate if there was an indication of the box with electric fuses (it is covered with a wall picture).

Das Appartement ist sehr groß, gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Man hat, trotz dem, dass die Besitzer darüber wohnen, seine absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Damen des Touristenbüro's, welches anscheinend die Vermietung des Appatements verwaltet, sind äußerst nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich wie Zuhause gefühlt und auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Für einen Aufenthalt zu noch kälteren Jahreszeiten, sollte man die Heizung verbessern. Da die Fenster älter sind war es Ende März vorallem in der Nacht und in den Schlafzimmern doch sehr kalt. Das Relaxen vorm TV am Abend war leider eingeschränkt da es uns nicht möglich war auf dem Fernseher Netflix zu nutzen. So konnten wir leider nicht in unserer Sprache fernsehen und es gab nur 2 Sender die hin und wieder ein englisches Programm geboten haben. Das könnte man ebenfalls noch verbessern.
