Everything was wonderful.

We spent 8 days at Apartments Polynesia Plava Laguna with our family and had a truly wonderful stay. The location of our apartment was excellent — just as I had requested during the booking process. The beach was only around 300 meters away, which was very convenient for us. The apartment itself was simple but well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. A special mention goes to the staff: everyone we met was polite, friendly, and helpful, which made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, our vacation exceeded our expectations, and we are already planning to return next year. To future guests: if you are looking for luxury comparable to resorts that charge €3000 per week, you might be disappointed. But if you want a relaxing seaside holiday at a great value, this is a wonderful choice.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wake my children up and hand over the keys at 10 a.m.

GOOD LOCATION FOR FAMILIES, PRICE

VERY UNFRIENDLY CHECK IN! WE ARRIVED AT 1 P.M., THEY SAID CHECK IN IS AT 2 P.M. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO CHECK IF OUR APARTMENT IS ALREADY AVAILABLE, OUTSIDE WAS HOT, I HAD TWO SMALL KIDS... WHEN I ARRIVED BACK AT 2 P.M. THERE WAS A MAJOR LINE, IT TOOK ME ONE EXTRA HOUR TO CHECKI IN. I UNDERESTAND CHECK IN IS AT 2 P.M. BUT I WASN'T CHECKED IN AT 2 P.M. EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE. THEY HAD A LOT OF WORK, LOTS OF NERVOUS TOURISTS AND I STILL DON'T GET IT WHY IT WOULD BE SO HARD AT LEAST TO FAKE IT THEY HAVE CHECKED MY APARTMENT IF IT WAS AVAILABLE. DID YOU EVER HEAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?! VERY VERY UNFRIENDLY.

i reserved studio apartment and got a bungalo wich is size of 10m2?!?! Ordered clean sheets second day, never get them.

Nice and family friendly location. The pools and the beaches are very close to the apartments.

Beautiful,safe and private location, clean and nice pools, apartments are very close to the beach, brand new furniture in the apartment. Dogs have private, wide beach area.

Really nice resort with pool and close to the beach!

Apartment was not really clean and staff didn’t came to change anything during the stay. + We paid 16 € / extra per day for taking our cat with us, they said due to special cleaning up afterwards, but when arriving at the appartement you could find hair from previous guests, spiders in every corner and unfortunately no soap.

the sport park very well equiped

old kitchen, bad quality equipment. Electro cooking, took a long time. Pots are very thin. Only one knife zigzag for bread. And only 3 forks! Kitchen is absolutely disaster, oldfashioned and low quality equipment.

It is very close to the beach. It had good access to the restaurants nearby and the hotel itself has small convenience store. Property was equipped with basic kitchen, staffs were friendly and it was worth the money.

Tranquility of the surrounding and cleanness of the swimming pool,rooms and the sea.the whole complex,the trees the sea,restaurants were perfecr for family vacation.
