Located in the picturesque fishing village of Zambratija, just 4 km from Umag, this apartment offers peace, sunshine, and a Mediterranean atmosphere surrounded by pines, cypresses, and flowering gardens. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday or getaway with friends.
On the ground floor of a house with 6 apartments, only 400 m from the beautiful sandy beach, it offers private parking, a well-kept garden, and a shared barbecue area.

* Kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle
* Bathroom: shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine, towels included
Special glass-enclosed veranda: bright and inviting, perfect for morning coffee, romantic dinners, or relaxing evenings overlooking the blooming Mediterranean garden. Ideal for social gatherings with a glass of Istrian wine.

The kids loved it, the sandy beach very close to the apartment, very functional and comfortable, in the district of 400m you have everything you need.
