Aktaea, Seaside Residence

We absolutely loved our stay at Aktaea Seaside Residence in Paros and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and truly memorable seaside escape. The location is exceptional—quiet and relaxing, directly opposite a beautiful beach with crystal-clear, incredibly calm waters. For our family of five, it was a dream: we could simply cross the road and be in the sea within minutes. In fact, we were swimming four or five times a day! The accommodation itself is spacious, modern, new, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for a family of five and the added convenience of two bathrooms. The beds and linen are of excellent quality, and the high-quality air conditioning kept the entire accommodation comfortable even during the warmest days. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals, while the spacious veranda quickly became one of our favourite spots—perfect for a relaxed breakfast overlooking the sea or an evening glass of wine while watching the colours of the sunset. The outdoor shower with warm water was another fantastic touch and incredibly convenient after frequent swims in the sea. We also appreciated the spacious private parking, which made having a car completely hassle-free. Another major bonus is the excellent high-end fish restaurant (Siparos) right next to the accommodation, which we highly recommend for a special meal without having to drive anywhere. Everything has clearly been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and the combination of the beautiful setting, excellent accommodation, nearby beach, parking, and fantastic food made this stay truly special.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. From the peaceful location and stunning beach to the spacious accommodation, comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful sea-view veranda, two bathrooms, convenient parking, and wonderful restaurant next door, every detail contributed to a fantastic stay. It is rare to find a place where the location, comfort, quality, and convenience all come together so perfectly. We genuinely cannot think of anything that could have been better.

E’ una casa veramente carina, la posizione e’ speciale: si gode un tramonto unico. I turisti vengono apposta da tutta l’isola per vederlo. La casa e’ come nella descrizione pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Ci hanno regalato della marmellata e dell’olio fatto in casa per il soggiorno.

Ci e’ piaciuto tutto
