Loved the fact it was a home and that I had a garage

The property management team were not well trained. They disclosed the name of the previous client to me. They messaged me assuming we were staying together cause she wanted to extend her stay. They said they couldn’t contact me (I was flying from Aus to NZ). As sooon as I landed I called them to clarify cause it had been a full day of flying and I only had 1 hour sleep the night before. They said that they had it sorted and they moved here but when I got there the garage door was open and the house was not clean from The previous client. They moved me to another apartment without a garage. They said that I could move out whenever the following day cause it was there muck up and messaged me to confirm. But then the following day they woke me up calling me to confirm when I was going to move out even though they had confirmed the previous night I could take my time and not adjust my plans. The cleaner didn’t come to the next evening to the apartment they moved me into. Then when I asked for a late check out - they said I needed to move out promptly cause it was peak season and they needed it clean. But then I reminded me them Of their muck up and then I was allowed a late check out
