The location is easy to get to the freeway, with an entrance/exit on the same street. There was a big park a block away that the kids could play at and a Walmart with small shopping mall and food court attached just a few blocks away which was nice to get breakfast essentials and snacks. The house was beautiful and fully furnished. We didn’t do much cooking besides making coffee and toast, but it had dishes and equipment to do simple cooking (there is even full sized oven with a stovetop).
Nothing much, it was a great stay. Not property related, but if you are exploring the Vancouver/Richmond area, just be prepared for a lot of driving as everything is quite spread out.

Gostaria de deixar uma observação.
Na lateral vimos um quarto de lavanderia. E gostaríamos de poder ter tido acesso. Mesmo pagando não teria problema. Tivemos que buscar uma lavanderia próximo a casa. O que nos demandou tempo de espera em outro lugar. Seria mais uma comodidade da instalação.

Perfekte Lage, alles war mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
Der Vermieter war stets super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This accommodation is close to a few good restaurants. We discovered a Mexican and Ethiopian restaurant that we would eat at again. Host was great. Door code using phone # made it easy to remember. Clean and comfy. Basic amenities available.
Would have been great to have basic continental breakfast included, but we knew breakfast was not included. Some cooking oil would be great as it is not something one tends to bring with when travelling.
