Mucho ruido, no había como impedir el ingreso de luz por las ventanas y no brinda privacidad ya que se ve todo desde afuera, la dotación de la cama está en malas condiciones y la estufa no sirve o por lo menos no hay instrucciones para operarla

Excelente ubicacion del apto en la zona norte de Bogota, amueblado completamente y con las instalaciones limpias. El edificio cuenta con celaduria y puesto de parqueadero. Ideal tanto para estadias cortas y a mediano plazo para viajes de negocio y/o placer.

El unico punto a mejorar seria la comunicacion a traves de la plataforma Booking.

Comfortable apartment. Nice large screen TV, fast internet. Security were all very nice.

1. The managing agent was not communicative at all! After booking we tried to message and call at least half a dozen times for information on the car parking (we have a tall van), but never received a response. 2. The property was only half clean when we checked in. There was wet dirty towels in the washing machine (some linen also strung around drying in the laundry) and only one clean bath towel and one hand towel supplied. When we contacted them about this their response was the ‘property was cleaned to the appropriate standards’! Not once did they apologise for the washing machine full of dirty towels and neither did they bring us a second bath towel despite us requesting one! Have never experienced lack of customer service like it.
