San Patricio is an easygoing residential neighborhood filled with modern apartment blocks and verdant parks like Parque Calle 106, which has basketball courts and paths shaded by a dense canopy of native trees.
Getting Around:
You will be walking distance from the shopping center, restaurants, top gyms, supermarkets, bars and coffee shops in the city. Also we recommend using UBER to move around.

No smoking.
No parties.
Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.
Please note: There is a mandatory building access fee of $2 USD per guest, payable at the building’s reception. Payment can be made in cash or by card upon
arrival.
-Floors 1, 2, and 11 will remain open to the public, as they contain common areas—the same applies to the key fob payment at the front desk
-Guests and visitors should use elevators #1 and #2 (they may not use elevator #3)

The apartment layout may vary slightly depending on the unit assigned.
Due to external construction unrelated to the building, direct access may be temporarily limited. In some cases, especially when arriving by taxi, you may need to get out a short distance away and walk a few meters to the entrance.
