Davi Apartments

Davi Apartments è una bella struttura, nuova e moderna. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento famigliare che è dotato di due camere da letto. È funzionale per una vacanza, la cucina è attrezzata un po' alla buona ma siamo sempre riusciti a cucinare, il bagno è dotato di doccia ma non si bide. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e ordinato. Lo staff è sempre disponibile alle richieste ( letto per bambini, orari di arrivo, lasciare i bagagli), sono molto gentili e attivi! È dotato di aria condizionata, ho trovato molto utile lo stendino con le mollette. È vicino al mare (letteralmente:si vede dal cancello), al supermercato e alla farmacia.

Brand new apartment with quality fittings. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, albeit small. Air conditioners worked well. Wifi was good. Nice location near the airport, but close to the beach and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We never saw the owners but it was easy to get access codes, which worked perfectly. Overall a very cosy apartment.

The bathroom was tiny, and so it was impossible to walk in without activating the sensor on the bathroom sink tap. I imagine there's a way of adjusting the sensitivity of the sensor.

Очень комфортные апартаменты , чисто , прекрасное расположение от моря , много кафе и магазинов рядом . Мебель новая , все удобное .

Our favorite aspect of Davi Apartments is its location. Airport is a 15 minute ride via Free Now taxi for €22.50 Legendary Arhontikon Restaurant is down the street at the beach, Two awesome coffee shops, Three supermarkets within walking distance. Bus #326 stops within steps of the front door. (A March 19th Taxi strike forced us to use the bus from the airport to Davi Apartments a ~one hour €5 ride). Taxi stand 300m away. Location was A+ for most of our needs.

Our three night stay would've been perfect except: 1. No hot water! It was not mentioned upon arrival, that the water heater needs to be switched on! Otherwise you'll get an ice cold shower like we did. It's an unfortunate episode that could have been avoided. 2. Also the shower flooded from a clogged drain. Our feet soaked in soapy water. 3. Apartment #103 Netflix account expired, kept asking for payment. I just used my own account. 4. And finally, and most important for us, the kitchen was practically useless for our needs. Electric kettle and coffee machine are a good start, but please note, there is no microwave oven at Davi Apartments. Instead, there is a beautiful convection oven and stovetop; brand new, barely used! The panel was not easy to decipher. I spent an hour online researching the model number and how to use the appliances. We like to reheat restaurant leftovers but here, we had a messy oven pan to clean. Ugh! Tin foil would be helpful. Without even some basics like tin foil for us to use with the oven; salt/pepper, not even a can opener!?-- the kitchen was definitely a frustrating disappointment.
