The view from the balcony was really great and the apartment had everything I needed to make my extended stay for work very comfortable. The easy walking distance to so many great restaurants and a large grocery store were bonuses too.
I wish there were speedbumps on the road in front of the apartments and some kind of police presence. Crossing the road is a bit challenging, motorcycles like to race up and down the road at night, and on weekends tiny cars with giant speakers like to show off how loud they can blast their terrible music past poor people dining at the beach restaurants.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with excellent air-conditioning. The location is amazing — you can hear the sound of the sea everywhere. It’s perfect for both relaxation and work. If you're attending the Metropolitan Expo, this place is ideal — only about 15 minutes by taxi. You can easily combine business with rest here. Highly recommended!
The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave!

Clean, neat, modern inside and outside. Great location. Owner communicates fast and is very organized.
Drive through gate lock was heavily worn and key did not work well.
