Nature Home near Colombo Airport

Very nice property set in the middle of nature. Spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a great stay! Highly recommend

Nice querky place after a long flight in the jungle and nature.

Quite remote but 10 mins from airport.

The place was exceptionally clean, very spacious and in a beautiful little forest with birds. I was grateful that there was tea and filter water.

I felt a bit apprehensive and isolated, especially arriving after dark, with no one to meet me on arrival and no places to eat within walking distance.

We came here to get away from the usual chaos of work and city life, and it was exactly what we needed. The place feels tucked right into nature — surrounded by palms, birdsong, and the kind of stillness that makes you instantly unwind. It’s quiet, private, and beautifully simple in the best possible way. The host met us on arrival, handed over the keys, and gave us the freedom to just settle in and enjoy the space. We loved that — no interruptions, no fuss, just the whole place to ourselves. It’s self-contained, so no breakfast or extras provided, but that suited us perfectly. We brought our own bits, made tea on the veranda, and watched the light change through the trees. Bliss. If you’re into slow travel, mindfulness, or regenerative stays, this place really hits the mark. It’s not flashy — it’s genuine. A proper little hideaway that lets you reconnect with nature and yourself. Great value, super peaceful, and only a short drive from the coast and local spots if you fancy a wander. Would happily come back — it’s the kind of place that makes you feel human again. 🌿✨
