Jennifer's Elegant & Cozy Broadway Walkable Stay

Great location, clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect, short walk/drive to restaurants and downtown sights. The accommodation was not lacking in any convenience. Extra amenities in kitchen and bath appreciated. Welcome instructions clear and informative.

The third floor narrow climb somewhat difficult for a senior with luggage and knee issues. Off season rate acceptable…..and I would have appreciated knowing I could have applied my Marriot points towards payment.

We enjoyed the location, cleanliness and amenities. It was very nicely restored with a modern touch. It was a good value and The bed was very comfortable!

I didn’t realize we would be on the third floor. It took a lot out of us climbing those stairs because we are on the older side!

My brother and I took a trip together to honor our father, who grew up in RI. We grew up with stories of him driving our grandmother to Federal Hill to do her grocery shopping, so the location was a perfect spot for us. We loved checking out the Italian eateries, and really liked the apartment. It was a nice size for the two of us, and we were able to make use of the kitchen. It was super clean and well appointed.

Everything was great! The two minor complaints were just the steep stairs (mainly for bringing luggage up — they were just unexpected, but were not a problem). The other minor issue was just the sheer volume of messages from the host! I really appreciated the details and the neighborhood guide, but there were so many emails. It would've been great to combine them. Even just cutting in half would've made it far less overwhelming (and easier to find the message I was looking for).
