We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. This is a 2nd floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building and an additional staircase to the 2nd floor.
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.

Second time we’ve stayed at one of Jennifer’s properties and they never disappoint. Apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, and in the perfect location for us. Balcony has great view and nicely furnished. Very easy to access and while we didn’t need to park this time, that’s a huge bonus in Providence! We did have upstairs neighbors for part of our stay but hardly noticed as tenants observe the noise rules. Jennifer is very good at communicating/answering questions before and during stay. This property is just a couple of blocks from our daughters place, and about a 10 min walk from downtown and college hill, so we will be back for sure!
