Great little chalet by the lake with a nice little veranda to sit on and watch the sun go down Very rustic and simple.

It's quite far from restaurants or bars so you do need a car

The receptionist was friendly and recommended a great restaurant to us. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were clean and smelt nice. The pillows were good. There was an electric kettle and hairdryer, and a fridge which was cold. The air con worked almost too efficiently. The balcony overlooking the lake was nice to sit out on. The shower had plenty of hot water at a good pressure. There was plenty of parking and the lighting outside was lovely. We stayed in room 1, booked as a superior king suite. We hadn't booked breakfast.

There weren't any teabags or sugar, just coffee. The bed was hard and had a plastic cover over the mattress which made the bed very sweaty. Some of the switches didn't work and there was a broken plug socket behind the bed. The shower room had an open gap which mozzies flew up through, which was a bit off-putting. And there were loads of geckos, which we didn't mind but others might. Overall it's fine for a night. There was no beer nor soft drinks for sale.
