Very nice, clean, and recently refreshed apartment with good facilities. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a small but well-equipped kitchen annex. The parking area at the property was not large, but I always managed to find a free space. The location was perfect, as it is close to the coast with many restaurant options and also close to Siam Water Park. The hosts were very kind and friendly. It is a perfect location if you enjoy the nightlife and bars in playa de las Americas.
The walls are not soundproof, so if you are unlucky with noisy neighbours, you may have some disturbance at night—unless you decide to go to the bar.
