The location is very central, walking distances to all sites in town. Exceptionally clean and very beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom.
The owner was very kind and helpful and since we were arriving earlier and leaving after the normal check-in times, he informed us we could adapt our stay accordingly. That really helped us a lot. When I sent a query he replied immediately and was very helpful.
Will surely come again.

Excellent location! So easy to walk to everything in Kilkenny. Was a bit worried that it might be noisy in the night but we stayed on a Saturday and didn't have any issues.
Bed was extremely comfortable. Storage for luggage was great and seemed well thought out. Room was quite cold when we got there but the radiator in the room worked perfectly an we were nice and toasty in the evening.
Check in was an absolute dream also. The instructions were sent in the morning and we had not a bother. Very straightforward. Room was ready earlier than we arrived.
Maybe this shouldn't be described as an apartment. It's a (very nice) double bedroom. It's obvious from description and pictures that that's what it is but people might book it thinking there's a kitchenette if they're not paying attention. There is a fridge and kettle though.
Shower pressure was not very good but it was an electric shower so I don't think there's much that can be done.

Central location, very clean, ample tea and coffee and sugar, no milk
The property is described as an apartment. It is not an apartment, it is an average sized double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. No kitchenette, no seating area.

Great location, in the heart of the city. Fantastic fridge in the room, very modern and comfortable. The bed was excellent!
When I arrived there were still dirty towels in the bathroom, and used mugs. The tea, coffee and sugar were in tins, not in separate packaging. The music noise at night was very loud, but if that's not an issue for you then as I said above, a great location.
